The Well That Never Runs Dry

In the midst of August, I am suffering through a dry spell. The garden is gone and my grass is slowly turning brown with no way to give it the amount of water needed. However, I am encouraged knowing that God will send the rain in His time. I am also encouraged by the fact that God provides "A Well That Never Runs Dry." 

The Well That Never Dries

 

Lord,

You are the well which never runs dry,

The light within the twinkle of my eye,

And the joy that fills my soul,

Now, and from days of ole.

 

Your well that never runs dry

Quenches my appetite,

Takes me to a new height,

And calms my fear

As I walk through every year.

 

I love to drink of Your Living Water,

The well that never runs dry,

For I know I was created by You, the Potter.
