The Battle Is Not Yours

Daily I can take heart, for there is not a problem that comes up in which God is not in it for me if I seek Him. 

 

I am inspired as I take a lesson from Jehoshaphat. In 2 Chronicles 20:3a I find that “Jehoshaphat was afraid and turned his attention to seek the Lord.” Following in 2 Chronicles 20:15b, the Lord said, “…Do not fear or be dismayed …for the battle is not yours but God’s.” 

 

My rhyme for today is: 

Stand strong, for you are not alone.

The battle is not for you-

I will see it through.

Do not dismay, but pray!

Seek me, and you will see.
