Hardships are a part of our lived experiences. We all have them, and they are not easy. I read this morning about the Comforter and how we won’t really know His comfort until we live through our hardships. This takes me to Jeremiah 17:7, “Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”
Living our experiences, walking hand-in-hand with God, strengthens our trust. Hold tight to God through the hardships. He will get us through them.
I end with Romans 8:28, “And we know that in all things God works for the goof of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” We are all called for His purpose – to become children of God.
