I love the change of seasons. My calendar has just been flipped to the month of October, and I am looking forward to fall. However, here where I am located, it still feels like summer although my grass, or what is left of it from the long drought, has begun to go dormant.
Though still going through the drought of no rain, I, myself, do not have to be in a spirit of drought. I am still growing every day in the knowledge of what my Lord does each day and through each season. His glorious works continue to amaze me. Even without rain or cooler weather, the seasons change. Acorns fall. Leaves fall. Friends come to call. Life goes on. I am so thankful, God covers it all.
