My “knee-jerk” reactions don’t always show how I prefer others to see me. I often wish I were slower in speech and action in order to consider what I want others to see in me. Is it:
Rude or Polite
Unkind or Kind
Angry or Calm
Mad or Happy
Hurtful or Comforting
Ungrateful or Grateful
Unloving or Loving
I only have to remember John 13:35 to know what needs to be instilled within.
“By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples; if ye have love one to another.”
